I recently got recommended the Mixed Mental Arts podcast, and decided to check give it a try today. The episode I ended up listening to happened to be a crossover pod between MMA and the School Sucks Project, and was an almost three hours long conversation between Hunter Maats and Brett Veinotte, who both have written books on the topic of an unsuccesful education system. First off I found the conversation collegial, and sensed that relieving intellectual honesty, that is both critical and clarifying. Many subjects got explored during the hours that passed, but the focus was the contemporary school system, its history and failings, and the art of educating yourself. More specific areas that got some light shed on them was the need of critical thinking and emotinal intelligence, the beauty in being wrong, future work market and AI and learning to see and speak clearer about what your feelings are regarding topics you're involved in.

I was glad to hear this talk, most of all because I've been looking for a podcast focusing on education. And the School Suck Project is doing just that, and have their own podcast and resource site - check it out here.
